How do I contact you with questions?

Do you do custom orders?

In some circumstances I do.  Check out the personalized section for pieces that you can have specifically customized for yourself or someone special. 

What payment methods do you accept?

I accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, as well as payments through Google Wallet. We are a McAfee Secure site.  (see bottom corner)

What do I do if my credit card won't work?

 It is recommended checking with your credit card company what your available balance is, whether your billing information in correct and if there are any security issues with your card. Also double check that you carefully entered your number and 3 digit CVC code properly. 

Where is my order?

Check your e-mail for a shipment notification. (You may also want to check your other/spam folder) If you haven't received a shipment notification email, your order may still be processing.   If 3 business days have passed , feel free to email me for an update at hello@valerietylercollection.com  While shipping via the US postal service is typically 3-7 days, they do not guarantee that timeline.  At times during high volume seasons or for various reasons packages may be delayed. I  encourage you to contact your post office if you experience a major delay and also to let us know. With open communication I will work to make sure your package gets to you or you are refunded in extreme circumstances. 

When will my return be processed?  

Returns are generally processed within 3 business days from when we receive your package.  Allow time for your bank or credit card company to process any credits. 

Do you make donations?

Currently we have met the charitable donation quota for the year. No longer taking submissions. 

On occasion I will donate product to a worthy charity.  Typically we require you to pay for shipping costs to receive the item however.  If you have a request send it to hello (@valerietylercollection.com) along with your proper tax id # and as much information you can about your event/charity.  I will not always respond to all requests, but if you do not hear from me  do not consider it a reflection of your event. I may have simply met our charity quota for the time being or it wasn't perfect fit for my goals.
