Vintage / Antique Kokeshi Doll, handpainted wood collectible from Japan

Handmade, wood Kokeshi doll originally made in Japan. The slightly aged wood and light fading of the painted details as well as the design indicate that this is possibly Midcentury or earlier so definitely vintage, but possibly even an antique collectible. 

Sizing: approximately 5 1/2” tall

Good vintage condition for age. No legible signature.
