Vintage Dark Bronze Egyptian Sculpture
This figurine represents Chephren, also known as Khafre.
The heavy figure rests on a wood base and has a small plaque nailed on the front that reads "K Chepchren"
History notes: Khafre was an ancient Egyptian King from the 4th dynasty. During his reign the second largest pyramid of Giza was built.
This is an old vintage piece (possibly even antique) so expect a timeworn look with signs of age, and a rustic look to the sculpture and the wood base. The base has nicks and wear.
Dimensions: Approximately 5 3/8" tall by 3 1/2" by 2"
Though small to medium sized, it weighs over 2 pounds.
